Happy Holidays from the UrbanForm team!
UrbanForm celebrates the close of 2024 with several notable new milestones.
We approach the end of 2024 with immense gratitude to all of the people with whom we work, including our customers, contractors, internal teams, and friends.
We'd like to let you know that we've been constantly working on making improvements and advancements to UrbanForm. It's a privilege to be able to do what we do and we would like nothing more than to be able to do more of it with and for more people.
Here are some key milestones we hit in 2024, some key improvements, and a preview of what's to come in the New Year.
We launched UrbanForm Los Angeles! That's 837,174 parcels, each one served with completely site-specific zoning information analyzed from over 14,000 pages of zoning code and ordinances. That's a doozy!
That makes 7 jurisdictions served (Portland, Beaverton, Seattle, Bellevue, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Austin) and just under 2,000,000 parcels!
We've adjusted our subscriptions plans slightly--meaning that most plans will now get access to every jurisdiction we serve (as opposed to jurisdiction specific plans, most at no additional cost). Reach out to us to see if this applies to you!
We are making changes to our payment handling systems, migrating from a system that was created bespoke for our webapp to a system that is handled by Stripe. This will add stability and robustness to our payments processing system.
We are working on the announcement for UrbanForm's partnership with regional groups to add an additional 11 jurisdictions, serving a first-ever regional group of municipalities and jurisdictions. So excited about this type of partnership, and we can't wait to make the announcement in Q1 2025. Stay tuned for more!
Thanks to each and every one of you. May we be able to better help you prosper and grow in the coming years.
As always, please do not hesitate to reach out if there is anything we can do to help.
Peace and joy to all this Holiday Season,
Quang Truong
